Finantsinspektsioon has withdrawn the authorisation from Osaühing LAENUKESKUS

On 13 February Finantsinspektsioon withdrew the operating authorisation as a creditor and mortgage creditor issued on 18 August 2016 from Osaühing LAENUKESKUS. The authorisation was withdrawn following an application from the company itself.

Osaühing LAENUKESKUS confirmed to Finantsinspektsioon that it did not have any current consumer credit contracts at the time when the authorisation was withdrawn.

There are currently 41 creditors operating in Estonia with an authorisation issued by Finantsinspektsioon. The list of creditors can be found in the register of market participants on the Finantsinspektsioon website.
