Finantsinspektsioon fined AS LHV Pank (registry code 10539549) 5000 euros for a misdemeanour, as the bank disclosed confidential banking information to third parties without authorisation.
By doing this, AS LHV Pank was in breach of §13410(2) of the Credit Institutions Act. The maximum fine permitted by law for a legal entity committing such an offence is 32,000 euros. AS LHV Pank may dispute the decision as allowed by law.
