According to Annex II of the Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of Insurance and Reinsurance (Solvency II):
III. The insurance referred to in points (a)(i) and (ii) of Article 2(3), which are linked to investment funds;
VI. Capital redemption operations, referred to in point (b)(ii) of Article 2(3);
