2D Kindlustusmaakler OÜ, bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the insurance broker on 02.04.2019. Finantsinspektsioon's decision No 4.1-1/79 of 3 June 2019 prohibits 2D Kindlustusmaakler OÜ from dealing with the insurance distribution within the meaning of § 5 (1) of the Insurance Activities Act. The restriction is not imposed on existing insurance contracts to assist the client in the administration and performance of such contracts.
