The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), pursuant to Article 99 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, has prohibited the offer to the public of the “SIRIOCT Tokens” made by Leverit Panama Sa, also through the websites: www.sirioct.com and https://sirioct.com/backoffice/web. The offer had already been suspended for 90 days.
